Established GPS Technology to carry out the bulk of the field work. An enhanced version of CIVILCAD is used to process the data and prepare plans. Chris Kelly became a director and shareholder of Frank Rennick & Company Pty Limited in July 1993. Chris Kelly was employed by Frank Rennick & Company to carry out Survey and Design work for Channel Systems and Irrigation Projects for Government and private projects. |
